A Platform for Learners and Educators
LearnZA provides two important opportunities, one for the learner, and another for the educators (Instructors). Users will either engage with the platform primarily to seek new knowledge and skills to advance professional or personal success, as a learnZA learner, or as a course creator and instructor, who will earn from selling key knowledge they have acquired over the years. Many users actually benefit as both LearnZA learners and LearnZA instructors, the two roles are not mutually exclusive.
Learner's Journey
The learner’s journey is quite simple. A new user simply visits the website or uses the app to create a free user account. With this account, they can browse through all the available courses and enrol for both paid and free courses as they choose. The learner’s mobile app is also available to make it even more convenient to take courses on the go.
NOTE: Please read the course content and review the curriculum to assess the relevance of the courses before you buy. Once access is to paid courses is granted, there is no refund unless the course creator explicitly says so.
Instructor's Journey
The instructor’s journey is equally an easy one. A new user visits the website and navigates to either the ‘Get Started’ or the ‘Become and Instructor’ pages, where they can follow a stepwise guide to becoming a LearnZA instructor.
NOTE: LearnZA charges a fee for instructor membership, and the applicant must pass a simple online pre-registration assessment first. Instructors who pass the assessment will complete an online payment before proceeding with registration.
